Our calves come from a generational family farm in Arlington, MN, and are raised on a small family dairy in New Prague, MN. These aren’t massive industrial operations — they’re small, responsible farms where animals are respected, and quality comes first.

No, purchases of the processed beef quarters are available for pick up in February at Lonsdale County Market located at 123 Main St S, Lonsdale, MN 55046.

What cuts of beef can I order from Origins of Farming?
